This is a protected chip board, not a charging board. It doesnt have charge function.

Interface Definition:
B+ : Battery Positive (+)
B- : Battery Negative (-)
P+ : Output / Load Postive
P- : Output / Load Negative
B2 : Middle connection between 1st & 2nd batteries
B3 : Middle connection between 2nd & 3rd batteries
After embeded the board, if output with 0V (P+ / P - with 0V), you may charge the battery pack to activate the chip board.
