Important information before placing order
Every item will be strictly tested before shipment, our QC/Technical Support department do every testing from materials to the finished product. All efforts will be made to guarantee product quality. If you receive an item that not working on arrival, or defected after short used, you may contact us and it will be highly appreciated if you could send us defected information and pictures, we will work with you to find out and solve the problem. Kindly note that we do not responsible for quality problem caused by incorrect use, using wrong charger, refitting, or re-welding. So please make sure you are using the correct charger and correct parameter in use.
We accept payment by Paypal, Western Union and T/T , you may order from our online catalogue, or you may also contact us for payment invoice. We could send you a bill from Paypal for direct payment if you don’t want to register on our web. Companies purchase wholesale orders could also make payment by Telegraphic Transfer (Bank transfer) to our company bank account. We will offer volume price and send you sales contract for official transaction.
We offer economic registered mail service as well as Express shipping method. All shipments will have tracking number to trace with. If you choose registered mail service, delays may occur on and around holiday seasons. And if you choose fast Express shipping, kindly note that that Lithium Battery is sensitive for air shipping, it may take longer processing time by Express company.
Orders for batteries shipping to UK, Germany, Italy and Brazil will be only available with Express service as local custom doing strict inspection on importation of batteries by registered mail parcel.
If parcel get lost during transportation, we will send you replacement or refund. If the parcel arrive but addressee is not home, a notice card will be left in your mail box to let you pick up from local post office. We will follow shipment and inform you about this situation. If the parcel unclaimed over 30 days, it will be returned, we will contact you to confirm if you want to resend or refund when we receive the returned parcel.
We only sell with Brand-new A grade products, every item being strictly tested on professional equipment before shipment. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return item within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price, shipping cost will not refund on this. If the item with quality problem, kindly contact our custom support team to report with defected details, we will check and send you the return address, you may make a mark on the item, such as a signature on battery label or item body, when we received it we will do the testing and will also send you the picture of test result. With your signature on the item, it will be easily showing the item status. You may go to the nearest post office and ship back by registered mail service, it will show the return shipping cost on the airway bill, if we test the return item with quality problem, we will pay you back the returned shipping. You may write with a "Returned" item with value under $10.00 on parcel and you may also send us a tracking number so that we could trace and being notification with shipment status. Kindly note that, if the test result shows item is in good quality, you will only receive a refund for the item purchase price.
